Powder‑coated aluminium sheets are durable, lightweight metal panels finished with a polyester powder coating. They offer excellent corrosion resistance, strong colour retention, and a clean, uniform appearance suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products may be returned if they meet the following conditions:

• Returned within the specified return window (14 days from delivery)

• Unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

• Free from scratches, dents, or signs of wear

• Includes all original packaging

2. Non‑Returnable Conditions

Returns are not accepted if:

• The product shows signs of use, installation, or attempts to modify

• Custom‑made or custom‑colour powder‑coated items

• Damage caused by improper handling after delivery

• Damage due to environmental exposure not caused by the manufacturer

3. Defective or Damaged Items

Manufacturing defects or shipping damage must be reported within 48–72 hours of delivery. Required:

• Order number

• Photos of damage/defect

• Packaging photos (if shipping-related)

Approved claims may be resolved through:

• Replacement

• Repair

• Refund (at the company’s discretion)

4. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to manufacturer error or damage, shipping is covered by the company.

• If the return is due to customer preference, wrong size/colour ordered, or other non‑defect reasons, the customer typically pays for return shipping.

5. Inspection & Refund

After the returned product is received:

• Inspection is performed within 3–7 business days.

• Refunds may be reduced if:

  • The coating is scratched or chipped

  • Packaging is missing or damaged

  • The product cannot be resold as new
